For Asian restaurants
Busy lunches, full tables, none of the commission.
Your own website where customers build their bowl and pick a collection time, bookings for the evening, a till that splits the bill for a table of eight, and delivery without a delivery app taking a cut.
Sound familiar?
Lunch queue out the door, full tables by eight.
Half the office turns up at 12:30, and the queue runs out the door.
Extra hot, no coriander: somewhere between the counter and the kitchen, it gets lost.
The apps take their cut, even on a bowl of noodles.
01 — Build your bowl
Every bowl built online, exactly as they want it.
Customers build their bowl on your own website: rice or noodles, chicken, beef or tofu, their sauce and how hot they want it, plus any extras. Each choice is priced the way you set it, so nothing gets misheard and nothing gets forgotten.
- Bases, proteins, sauces and spice levels
- Every extra priced automatically
- No more mixed-up swaps
02 — The lunch rush
Lunch collected on time, without the queue.
Office workers order ahead and choose a collection time, so lunch is bagged and waiting when they walk in. When the kitchen's flat out, pause online orders in one tap, and mark today's special as sold out the moment it runs out.
- Collection times customers choose
- Pause online orders in one tap
- Specials marked sold out in seconds
03 — No commission
Keep the money from every bowl.
Orders come through your own website, so nobody takes a percentage. A £100 order is £100 in your pocket, not £70.
- No percentage taken from your orders
- Card payments straight to you
- Cash on collection or delivery if you want it
04 — Evening bookings
Tables booked while you're serving lunch.
Guests book on your website with live availability, day or night. Set your sittings and how long each table is held, so a group of eight and a quick dinner for two both fit into Saturday.
- Online bookings, day and night
- Sittings and table times set by you
- A text reminder before every booking
05 — The till
One bill, eight people, no calculator.
Split the bill however the table wants and take payment at the table. Every order, from the dining room, the counter or your website, prints in the kitchen with the spice level and every swap written clearly.
- Split bills and pay at the table
- Spice levels and swaps on every ticket
- Table, counter and website orders together
06 — Delivery drivers
Evening delivery, without hiring drivers.
Use your own drivers, our couriers or both. For each delivery, we compare courier companies and book the best price, timed for when the food is ready. Your customer follows the driver on a map. Couriers are available in the UK.
- Several courier companies, best price booked
- Live tracking for your customer
- Your own drivers too, if you have them
07 — Your regulars
Bring the lunch crowd back for dinner.
Every order adds a stamp to your customer's loyalty card on their phone. We set up your offers too, like a midweek dinner text or a birthday treat, and they go out on their own. You don't write, design or press send.
- Stamps added on every order
- Offers set up by us, sent automatically
- Nothing for you to do
08 — Reviews
More five-star reviews, fewer bad ones.
After every order and every visit, customers are asked how it was. Happy ones go to Google to leave a review, and unhappy ones tell you privately, so you can put it right.
- Asked after every order and visit
- Happy customers sent to Google
- Complaints come to you first

Questions
Questions from Asian restaurants.
Can customers build their own bowl?
Yes. Set up your bases, proteins, sauces, spice levels and extras, each priced the way you want. Customers pick what they like and it all prints on the kitchen ticket.
Can office workers order lunch ahead?
Yes. Customers choose ASAP or a collection time that suits them, so lunch is ready when they arrive.
Can I take bookings and takeaway orders in the same system?
Yes. Bookings, website orders, counter orders and delivery all run through Dinerly, with your sittings and table times set by you.
Can a big table split the bill?
Yes. Split the bill however the table wants and take payment at the table.
Can I mark a special as sold out?
Yes. Mark anything as sold out in seconds and switch it back on when it's available again.
Do I need my own drivers?
No. Use your own drivers, our couriers, or both. Couriers are booked for you at the best price on each order, and are available in the UK.
Do I have to leave the delivery apps?
No. Plenty of restaurants keep the apps for new customers and move their regulars to their own website. Every order that comes through your website instead saves you the commission.
What if I need help?
Every plan comes with expert support by WhatsApp, phone, SMS and email.
What Our Customers Say
Getting started
Let us do everything for you.
Step 1 of 3
We only take on 10 new restaurants a month.
We set up every restaurant ourselves, so we can only take on a few at a time. If you're interested, have a chat with us to see if we can help you.
Questions owners ask us.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Dinerly. And if you'd rather not, ring us and we'll do it.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We'll look at it first and tell you honestly what's worth keeping. Then you decide.
Do I need to buy a tablet or printer?
The kit comes from us. Every restaurant gets a Dinerly kitchen printer, and Ultra includes a tablet too. It's covered by a one-off setup fee, which is free if you pay annually.
How much does it cost?
A simple monthly fee, with no commission on top. You can see every plan on our pricing page. See pricing
