For burger places
Every burger, every extra, none of the commission.
Your own ordering site where customers build their burger exactly how they want it, every extra priced properly, tickets printed straight to the grill, and drivers booked when the order's bagged. No delivery app taking a cut.
Sound familiar?
Extra cheese, no onions, sauce on the side.
Phone orders get the extras wrong, and the customer sends it back.
It's 10pm, the rush hits, and the grill is three tickets behind.
The apps take their cut of every meal, extras included.
01 — Every extra
Add bacon, add cheese. Every extra priced.
Customers build their burger on your own website: patties, cheese, bacon, sauces, sides and drinks, each priced the way you set them. Free options like "no onions" too, so the order is right before it reaches the grill.
- Extras priced automatically
- Free options like "no onions"
- Sides and drinks added in a tap
02 — No commission
Keep the money from every burger.
Orders come through your own website, so nobody takes a percentage. A £100 order is £100 in your pocket, not £70.
- No percentage taken from your orders
- Card payments straight to you
- Cash on collection or delivery if you want it
03 — Late nights
Grill flat out? Pause in one tap.
Customers choose ASAP or a collection time, so orders spread out instead of landing all at once. When the grill can't keep up, pause online orders in one tap, and mark anything that's run out as sold out.
- Collection and delivery times customers choose
- Pause online orders in one tap
- Mark items as sold out in seconds
04 — Straight to the grill
Every extra on the ticket.
Website orders print in the kitchen the moment they're paid, with every extra and every "no onions" written clearly. They land on the till next to your counter and phone orders.
- Printed in the kitchen automatically
- Every extra and change on the ticket
- Website, counter and phone orders together
05 — Delivery drivers
Delivery, without hiring drivers.
Use your own drivers, our couriers or both. For each delivery, we compare courier companies and book the best price, timed for when the order is bagged. Your customer follows the driver on a map. Couriers are available in the UK.
- Several courier companies, best price booked
- Live tracking for your customer
- Your own drivers too, if you have them
06 — Loyalty
Regulars rewarded, automatically.
Every order adds a stamp to your customer's loyalty card on their phone. When it's full, they get the reward you choose, like a free burger, so they order from you and not the app.
- Stamps added on every order
- A loyalty card on their phone
- You choose the reward
07 — Hands-off offers
Weekend texts that send themselves.
We set up your weekend messages, birthday treats and "we haven't seen you in a while" texts, and they go out on their own to your own customers. You don't write, design or press send.
- Set up by us from day one
- Sent automatically, all year round
- Nothing for you to do
08 — Your customers
Every customer is yours.
Every order saves the customer's name, number and order history to your own list, so you know who your regulars are and what they order.
- Name, phone and email saved
- Order history and spend
- A list you own and keep
09 — Reviews
More five-star reviews, fewer bad ones.
After every order, customers are asked how it was. Happy ones go to Google to leave a review, and unhappy ones tell you privately, so you can put it right.
- Asked after every order
- Happy customers sent to Google
- Complaints come to you first

Questions
Burger questions, answered.
Can customers add extras and remove ingredients?
Yes. Every extra has its own price, and free options like "no onions" or "sauce on the side" go straight onto the ticket.
Can customers add sides and drinks?
Yes. Sides and drinks sit on your menu like everything else, and customers add them in a tap.
Can customers choose a collection time?
Yes. Customers choose ASAP or a time that suits them, for collection or delivery.
Can I pause orders when the grill's full?
Yes. Pause online orders in one tap for as long as you need, and switch them back on when you're ready.
Do I need my own drivers?
No. Use your own drivers, our couriers, or both. Couriers are booked for you at the best price on each order, and are available in the UK.
Can customers pay cash?
Yes. Customers can pay by card online, or cash on collection or delivery if you want to allow it.
Do I have to leave the delivery apps?

What Our Customers Say
Getting started
Let us do everything for you.
Step 1 of 3
We only take on 10 new restaurants a month.
We set up every restaurant ourselves, so we can only take on a few at a time. If you're interested, have a chat with us to see if we can help you.
Questions owners ask us.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Dinerly. And if you'd rather not, ring us and we'll do it.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We'll look at it first and tell you honestly what's worth keeping. Then you decide.
Do I need to buy a tablet or printer?
The kit comes from us. Every restaurant gets a Dinerly kitchen printer, and Ultra includes a tablet too. It's covered by a one-off setup fee, which is free if you pay annually.
How much does it cost?
A simple monthly fee, with no commission on top. You can see every plan on our pricing page. See pricing
