For takeaways
Your takeaway, without the commission.
Customers order straight from your own website, the order prints in the kitchen, and a courier is booked when the food's ready. No delivery app taking a cut, and every customer is yours.
Sound familiar?
Busy every night, and still not enough left over.
Up to a third of every app order goes to the app.
The phone rings all the way through the Friday rush.
Your regulars order every week, and the app won't give you their number.
01 — No commission
Keep the money from every order.
Orders come through your own website, so nobody takes a percentage. A £100 order is £100 in your pocket, not £70.
- No percentage taken from your orders
- Card payments straight to you
- Cash on collection or delivery if you want it
02 — Your ordering site
Your own ordering site, built for you.
Your menu, your photos and your deals, on your own web address. Customers order for collection or delivery, choose ASAP or a time that suits them, and pay online. We build it and keep it up to date.
- Built and updated by us
- Collection or delivery, ASAP or a set time
- Extras, sizes and deals, just like your menu
03 — Delivery drivers
Delivery, without hiring drivers.
Use your own drivers, our couriers or both. For each delivery, we compare courier companies and book the best price, timed for when the food is ready. Your customer gets a text and follows the driver on a map. Couriers are available in the UK.
- Several courier companies, best price booked
- Live tracking for your customer
- Your own drivers too, if you have them
04 — Straight to the kitchen
Orders straight to the kitchen.
Website orders print in the kitchen the moment they're paid and land on the till next to your counter and phone orders. No tablets to watch, nothing typed in twice.
- Printed in the kitchen automatically
- Website, counter and phone orders together
- Nothing typed in twice
05 — Busy nights
Too busy? Pause in one tap.
When the kitchen's full, pause online orders for as long as you need and switch them back on when you're ready. Run out of something? Mark it as sold out in seconds, and it's back when you switch it on.
- Pause online orders in one tap
- Mark items as sold out
- Back on whenever you're ready
06 — Loyalty
Regulars rewarded, automatically.
Every order adds a stamp to your customer's loyalty card on their phone. When it's full, they get the reward you choose, so your regulars come back to you, not the app.
- Stamps added on every order
- A loyalty card on their phone
- You choose the reward
07 — Hands-off offers
Offers that go out while you cook.
We set up your Friday-night messages, birthday treats and "we haven't seen you in a while" texts, and they go out on their own to your own customers. You don't write, design or press send.
- Set up by us from day one
- Sent automatically, all year round
- Nothing for you to do
08 — Your customers
Every customer is yours.
Every order saves the customer's name, number and order history to your own list. You know who your best customers are, and you can reach them whenever you like.
- Name, phone and email saved
- Order history and spend
- A list you own and keep
09 — Reviews
More five-star reviews, fewer bad ones.
After every order, customers are asked how it was. Happy ones go to Google to leave a review, and unhappy ones tell you privately, so you can put it right.
- Asked after every order
- Happy customers sent to Google
- Complaints come to you first

What Our Customers Say
Getting started
Let us do everything for you.
Step 1 of 3
We only take on 10 new restaurants a month.
We set up every restaurant ourselves, so we can only take on a few at a time. If you're interested, have a chat with us to see if we can help you.
Questions owners ask us.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Dinerly. And if you'd rather not, ring us and we'll do it.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We'll look at it first and tell you honestly what's worth keeping. Then you decide.
Do I need to buy a tablet or printer?
The kit comes from us. Every restaurant gets a Dinerly kitchen printer, and Ultra includes a tablet too. It's covered by a one-off setup fee, which is free if you pay annually.
How much does it cost?
A simple monthly fee, with no commission on top. You can see every plan on our pricing page. See pricing
