For bakeries
Fresh out of the oven, ordered ahead.
A quick till for the morning queue, an ordering site where customers order ahead and choose when to collect, and loyalty for the regulars who come in every day. No delivery app taking a cut.
Sound familiar?
A queue out the door at 8am, and the phone ringing too.
The morning queue builds while someone writes down a cake order on the phone.
By lunchtime half the trays are empty, and customers still ask for what's gone.
Your regulars come in every single day, and you have no way to thank them.
01 — The counter
A till that keeps up with the morning queue.
Tap the pastry, take the card or the cash, next customer. Counter sales, orders placed online and phone orders all land on the same till, so you see the whole day in one place.
- Quick counter sales, card or cash
- Counter, online and phone orders together
- The whole day's takings in one place
02 — Order ahead
Ordered ahead, ready when they arrive.
Customers order on your own website and choose a collection time that suits them: a tray of pastries for the office, a birthday cake or the Saturday loaves. The order prints for you, and they skip the queue.
- Customers choose their collection time
- Paid online, or cash on collection
- No more cake orders scribbled by the phone
03 — No commission
Keep the money from every order.
Orders come through your own website, so nobody takes a percentage. A £50 order is £50 in your pocket, not £35. We build the site and keep your menu up to date.
- No percentage taken from your orders
- Card payments straight to you
- Built and updated by us
04 — Sold out
Sold out? Off the website in seconds.
When the croissants are gone, mark them as sold out and they disappear from your website, so nobody orders something you can't give them. Tomorrow morning, switch them back on.
- Mark items as sold out in one tap
- Back on whenever you're ready
- Pause online orders when it's too busy
05 — Delivery
Breakfast delivered, without hiring drivers.
Use your own drivers, our couriers or both. For each delivery, we compare courier companies and book the best price, timed for when the order is ready. Your customer follows the driver on a map. Couriers are available in the UK.
- Several courier companies, best price booked
- Live tracking for your customer
- Your own drivers too, if you have them
06 — Loyalty
The daily regulars, rewarded.
Every purchase adds a stamp to your customer's loyalty card on their phone. When it's full, they get the reward you choose: a free coffee, a free loaf, whatever suits you.
- Stamps added on every purchase
- A loyalty card on their phone
- You choose the reward
07 — Gift cards
Gift cards, sold while you bake.
Customers buy gift cards on your website for birthdays and Christmas. They're paid upfront and spent at the till, with the balance tracked for you.
- Sold on your website, day and night
- Paid for upfront
- Spent at the till, balance tracked for you
08 — Hands-off offers
Offers that go out while you bake.
We set up your messages for you: weekend specials, Christmas and Easter orders, birthday treats and "we haven't seen you in a while" texts. They go out on their own to your own customers. You don't write, design or press send.
- Set up by us from day one
- Sent automatically, all year round
- Nothing for you to do
09 — Reviews
More five-star reviews, fewer bad ones.
After every order, customers are asked how it was. Happy ones go to Google to leave a review, and unhappy ones tell you privately, so you can put it right.
- Asked after every order
- Happy customers sent to Google
- Complaints come to you first

What Our Customers Say
Getting started
Let us do everything for you.
Step 1 of 3
We only take on 10 new restaurants a month.
We set up every restaurant ourselves, so we can only take on a few at a time. If you're interested, have a chat with us to see if we can help you.
Questions owners ask us.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Dinerly. And if you'd rather not, ring us and we'll do it.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We'll look at it first and tell you honestly what's worth keeping. Then you decide.
Do I need to buy a tablet or printer?
The kit comes from us. Every restaurant gets a Dinerly kitchen printer, and Ultra includes a tablet too. It's covered by a one-off setup fee, which is free if you pay annually.
How much does it cost?
A simple monthly fee, with no commission on top. You can see every plan on our pricing page. See pricing
