For dessert shops
More sweet orders, none of the commission.
Waffles, crêpes, ice cream and loukoumades ordered from your own website, with every scoop, sauce and topping priced the way you set it. Tickets print at the counter, a driver is booked as the order's packed, and no delivery app takes a cut.
Sound familiar?
Busiest at 10pm, and the app takes its share.
Orders pile up late in the evening, just as everyone else is closing.
Extra scoops and toppings get missed, and you never charge for them.
A flavour runs out, but people keep ordering it from the app.
01 — No commission
Keep the money from every order.
Orders come through your own website, so nobody takes a percentage. A £40 order of waffles and sundaes is £40 in your pocket, not £28.
- No percentage taken from your orders
- Card payments straight to you
- Cash on collection or delivery if you want it
02 — Every topping
Every scoop and topping, charged for.
Customers build their waffle, crêpe or sundae on your own website: the base, the scoops, the sauce and the toppings, each priced the way you set them. Nothing forgotten, and every extra is paid for.
- Scoops, sauces and toppings as options
- Every extra priced automatically
- Your menu, photos and deals on your own site
03 — Late-night delivery
Delivery, while it's still cold.
Use your own drivers, our couriers or both. For each delivery, we compare courier companies and book the best price, timed for when the order's packed, so the ice cream isn't left melting on the counter. Your customer follows the driver on a map. Couriers are available in the UK.
- Several courier companies, best price booked
- Timed for when the order is packed
- Your own drivers too, if you have them
04 — On the ticket
Every topping on the ticket.
Website orders print at the counter the moment they're paid, with every scoop, sauce and topping written clearly. They land on the till next to your walk-in and phone orders.
- Printed automatically
- Every scoop and topping on the ticket
- Website, counter and phone orders together
05 — Sold out
Out of pistachio? Sold out in one tap.
When a flavour runs out, mark it as sold out in seconds and nobody can order it. When the counter's flat out, pause online orders for as long as you need and switch them back on when you're ready.
- Mark flavours and items as sold out
- Pause online orders in one tap
- Collection times customers choose
06 — Loyalty
Regulars rewarded, automatically.
Every order adds a stamp to your customer's loyalty card on their phone. When it's full, they get the treat you choose, like a free waffle or an extra scoop, so they come back to you, not the app.
- Stamps added on every order
- A loyalty card on their phone
- You choose the reward
07 — Quiet nights
Fill the quiet nights without lifting a finger.
We set up your quiet-night offers, birthday treats and "we haven't seen you in a while" texts, and they go out on their own to your own customers. You don't write, design or press send.
- Set up by us from day one
- Sent automatically, all year round
- Nothing for you to do
08 — Gift cards
Gift cards, sold on your website.
Customers buy gift cards on your own website for birthdays and name days, and spend them on their next order. The money comes to you straight away.
- Sold on your own website
- Any amount you choose
- Paid to you straight away
09 — Reviews
More five-star reviews, fewer bad ones.
After every order, customers are asked how it was. Happy ones go to Google to leave a review, and unhappy ones tell you privately, so you can put it right.
- Asked after every order
- Happy customers sent to Google
- Complaints come to you first

Questions
Questions from dessert shops.
Do I have to leave the delivery apps?
No. Plenty of dessert shops keep the apps for new customers and move their regulars to their own website. Every order that comes through your website instead saves you the commission.
Can customers choose scoops, sauces and toppings?
Yes. You set the options and the price of each one, and customers pick them on your website. Every choice prints on the ticket.
Can I mark a flavour as sold out?
Yes. Mark any flavour or item as sold out in seconds, and switch it back on when you have it again.
Do I need my own drivers?
No. Use your own drivers, our couriers, or both. Couriers are booked for you at the best price on each order, and are available in the UK.
Can customers order for later?
Yes. Customers choose ASAP or a time that suits them, for collection or delivery.
Can I sell gift cards?
Yes. Customers buy gift cards on your website, and the money comes to you straight away.
What if I need help?
Every plan comes with expert support by WhatsApp, phone, SMS and email.
What Our Customers Say
Getting started
Let us do everything for you.
Step 1 of 3
We only take on 10 new restaurants a month.
We set up every restaurant ourselves, so we can only take on a few at a time. If you're interested, have a chat with us to see if we can help you.
Questions owners ask us.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Dinerly. And if you'd rather not, ring us and we'll do it.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We'll look at it first and tell you honestly what's worth keeping. Then you decide.
Do I need to buy a tablet or printer?
The kit comes from us. Every restaurant gets a Dinerly kitchen printer, and Ultra includes a tablet too. It's covered by a one-off setup fee, which is free if you pay annually.
How much does it cost?
A simple monthly fee, with no commission on top. You can see every plan on our pricing page. See pricing
