For franchise brands
Every new franchisee makes your brand worth more.
We run the website, tills, online orders, bookings and delivery at each location, and deal with every franchisee directly. You watch how the whole network is performing without hiring a team to manage it. Bengal Brasserie runs its 6 independently owned restaurants this way.
Sound familiar?
A different supplier for everything, and nobody sees the whole picture.
One franchisee picks a till, another builds their own website, a third signs up to a delivery app, and the look of the business starts to slip.
You only hear how a location is doing when its owner decides to tell you.
Your customers are scattered across a dozen systems, so when you open somewhere new, there's no one to tell.
01 — Hands off
Franchisees call us, not head office.
We set up each location and look after it from then on: a new dish on the menu, a new starter on the till, a printer that's stopped printing. Franchisees come straight to us, your standards stay in place, and there's no team needed in the middle.
- We work with each franchisee directly
- Your standards kept at each location
- No central team to hire
02 — Costs
Add a location without adding a cost.
Each franchisee can pay their own Dinerly subscription, so growing the network never lands on your bill. Prefer to cover it centrally? Head office can pay for all of them instead.
- Franchisees can pay their own subscription
- Or head office pays for all locations
- Each new location set up for you
03 — The hub
Know how Leeds is doing before Leeds tells you.
Till sales, online orders, bookings, reviews, gift cards and loyalty from all your branches come together in a single hub. Spot a quiet branch or a slipping rating while there's still time to act.
- Till and online sales for each branch
- Reviews and ratings compared
- Franchisees see only their own numbers
04 — Rewards
Share the rewards, or keep them local.
Marketing, gift cards and loyalty can work across the whole network or stay with each location. Keep them separate and no franchisee ever pays for points or vouchers someone earned down the road.
- Network-wide or local, set for each one
- Gift cards that work where you decide
- Nobody funds another owner's rewards
05 — Online
Customers pick a branch, the money goes to its owner.
Your website and app list all your locations. Customers choose the nearest, order or book, and the payment goes straight to that franchisee. No commission is taken on any order.
- A location picker on your website and app
- Payments go straight to the right owner
- No commission on orders or bookings
06 — Bookings
Bookings land in the right diary, not a shared inbox.
Each location sets its own tables, opening hours and booking rules. Guests book online, get a reminder before they come, and the booking shows up only at the branch they chose.
- Tables and rules set per location
- Reminders sent to guests automatically
- Sittings and table times
07 — Delivery
Drivers on demand, no fleet to run.
Any franchisee can offer delivery without hiring drivers. For each order we compare several courier companies and book the best price, timed for when the food's ready. Franchisees with their own drivers can keep using them. Couriers are available in the UK.
- A driver booked for each order
- Best price from several courier companies
- Own drivers welcome too
08 — Hiring
Staffed before the shutters go up.
Post jobs for any location. They appear on your website and we promote them for you, and every applicant lands in Dinerly, ready to review and contact.
- Jobs for each location
- On your website, promoted for you
- All applicants managed in Dinerly
09 — Your customers
Open a new branch to a crowd that already knows you.
Each order and booking adds to a customer list that belongs to the whole network. When a new location opens, your customers hear about it first, from an email and text we write and send. You get every tool you need to make your franchise a better deal for whoever opens your next branch: a name people know, real customer data, and everything running from day one.
- A customer list that grows with each order
- Openings announced for you
- Real data behind the name
10 — One team
One team to call, for you and every franchisee.
Website, till, ordering, bookings, delivery, reviews, loyalty, gift cards, hiring and marketing, all from us. No chasing ten suppliers, and your franchisees get the same: expert support by WhatsApp, phone, SMS and email.
- Ten jobs, one supplier
- The same help for each franchisee
- Expert support by WhatsApp, phone, SMS and email

Questions
What brand owners ask us first.
Will this make it easier to sign new franchisees?
That's the idea. Anyone thinking of opening your next branch gets a setup that already works: website, app, till, ordering, delivery and marketing ready from day one, a name customers know, and real customer data behind it. We give you the tools to make your franchise a better deal for them.
Do I need a team at head office to manage this?
No. We work with each franchisee directly, from setup to day-to-day changes, and keep your standards in place. You just see how each location is doing.
Who pays for Dinerly?
Each franchisee can pay their own subscription, so new locations cost head office nothing. Or head office can pay for all of them. It's your choice.
Can a franchisee keep loyalty and gift cards to themselves?
Yes. Marketing, gift cards and loyalty can each be shared across the network or kept separate at each location. When they're separate, points and gift cards only work where they were earned or bought.
Can every location offer delivery?
Yes. Franchisees can use their own drivers, or we book a driver for each order from several courier companies at the best price. Couriers are available in the UK.
How does hiring work across locations?
Each location posts its own jobs. They show on your website, we promote them for you, and applicants are managed in Dinerly.
How does the customer list help when we open somewhere new?
Each order and booking adds customers to the list. When a new location opens, we write and send the announcement, so it opens to people who already know the name.
Is it only for big franchise brands?
No. It works from a couple of locations up. Bengal Brasserie has 6 independently owned restaurants on Dinerly.
We already use other systems. Is switching hard?
No. We set up each location for you, and our team helps each franchisee get started.
What Our Customers Say
Getting started
Let us do everything for you.
Step 1 of 3
We only take on 10 new restaurants a month.
We set up every restaurant ourselves, so we can only take on a few at a time. If you're interested, have a chat with us to see if we can help you.
Questions owners ask us.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Dinerly. And if you'd rather not, ring us and we'll do it.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We'll look at it first and tell you honestly what's worth keeping. Then you decide.
Do I need to buy a tablet or printer?
The kit comes from us. Every restaurant gets a Dinerly kitchen printer, and Ultra includes a tablet too. It's covered by a one-off setup fee, which is free if you pay annually.
How much does it cost?
A simple monthly fee, with no commission on top. You can see every plan on our pricing page. See pricing
