For Greek takeaways
Gyros, souvlaki and meze, none of the commission.
Your own ordering site with every wrap, extra and side priced the way you set it, orders printed straight in the kitchen, and a courier booked when the food's ready. No delivery app taking a cut, and every customer is yours.
Sound familiar?
Busy at lunch, busier at night, and the app takes its cut.
Extra tzatziki, no onion, chips in the pitta: the phone order still comes out wrong.
The moussaka's gone by 8, and you're still taking orders for it.
Your regulars order every week, and the app won't give you their number.
01 — Every extra
Every wrap, side and extra, priced the way you set it.
Customers build their order on your own website: pitta or plate, chicken or pork, extra halloumi, extra tzatziki, chips inside or on the side. Every extra is priced automatically, so nothing's forgotten and nothing's given away.
- Sizes, extras and meal deals
- Every extra priced automatically
- No more misheard phone orders
02 — No commission
Keep the money from every order.
Orders come through your own website, so nobody takes a percentage. A £100 order is £100 in your pocket, not £70.
- No percentage taken from your orders
- Card payments straight to you
- Cash on collection or delivery if you want it
03 — Dishes of the day
Moussaka all gone? Sold out in seconds.
Your dishes of the day won't last all night. Mark anything that's run out as sold out in seconds, and when the kitchen's flat out, pause online orders in one tap. Customers choose ASAP or a collection time, so the orders spread out.
- Mark items as sold out in seconds
- Pause online orders in one tap
- Collection and delivery times customers choose
04 — Straight to the kitchen
Every extra on the ticket.
Website orders print in the kitchen the moment they're paid, with every filling, sauce and side written clearly. They land on the till next to your counter and phone orders, so nothing's typed in twice.
- Printed in the kitchen automatically
- Every extra and sauce on the ticket
- Website, counter and phone orders together
05 — Delivery drivers
Delivery, without hiring drivers.
Use your own drivers, our couriers or both. For each delivery, we compare courier companies and book the best price, timed for when the food is ready. Your customer gets a text and follows the driver on a map. Couriers are available in the UK.
- Several courier companies, best price booked
- Live tracking for your customer
- Your own drivers too, if you have them
06 — Loyalty
Regulars rewarded, automatically.
Every order adds a stamp to your customer's loyalty card on their phone. When it's full, they get the reward you choose, like a free gyros or a portion of loukoumades, so your regulars come back to you, not the app.
- Stamps added on every order
- A loyalty card on their phone
- You choose the reward
07 — Hands-off offers
Offers that go out while you're at the grill.
We set up your Friday-night messages, birthday treats and "we haven't seen you in a while" texts, and they go out on their own to your own customers. You don't write, design or press send.
- Set up by us from day one
- Sent automatically, all year round
- Nothing for you to do
08 — Reviews
More five-star reviews, fewer bad ones.
After every order, customers are asked how it was. Happy ones go to Google to leave a review, and unhappy ones tell you privately, so you can put it right.
- Asked after every order
- Happy customers sent to Google
- Complaints come to you first

Questions
Questions from Greek takeaways.
Do I have to leave the delivery apps?
No. Plenty of takeaways keep the apps for new customers and move their regulars to their own website. Every order that comes through your website instead saves you the commission.
Can customers add extras like halloumi or tzatziki?
Yes. You set your extras, sauces and sides and what each one costs, and customers pick them when they order. Every extra prints on the kitchen ticket.
Can I mark my dishes of the day as sold out?
Yes. Mark any item as sold out in seconds, and switch it back on when you've made more.
Can I pause orders when it's busy?
Yes. Pause online orders in one tap for as long as you need, and switch them back on when the kitchen's ready.
Do I need my own drivers?
No. Use your own drivers, our couriers, or both. Couriers are booked for you at the best price on each order, and are available in the UK.
Can customers choose a collection time?
Yes. Customers choose ASAP or a time that suits them, for collection or delivery.
Can customers pay cash?
Yes. Customers can pay by card online, or cash on collection or delivery if you want to allow it.
What if I need help?
Every plan comes with expert support by WhatsApp, phone, SMS and email.
What Our Customers Say
Getting started
Let us do everything for you.
Step 1 of 3
We only take on 10 new restaurants a month.
We set up every restaurant ourselves, so we can only take on a few at a time. If you're interested, have a chat with us to see if we can help you.
Questions owners ask us.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Dinerly. And if you'd rather not, ring us and we'll do it.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We'll look at it first and tell you honestly what's worth keeping. Then you decide.
Do I need to buy a tablet or printer?
The kit comes from us. Every restaurant gets a Dinerly kitchen printer, and Ultra includes a tablet too. It's covered by a one-off setup fee, which is free if you pay annually.
How much does it cost?
A simple monthly fee, with no commission on top. You can see every plan on our pricing page. See pricing
