For Indian restaurants
Full tables on Saturday, and takeaway that pays too.
Bookings, takeaway orders, a till and reviews in one system built for Indian restaurants. Big parties book online, every spice level prints in the kitchen, and takeaway comes through your own website with no commission.
Sound familiar?
Tables and takeaway, all at the same time.
A party of twelve rings to book just as the takeaway orders start coming in.
"Medium, not hot" gets lost somewhere between the phone and the kitchen.
The apps take their cut of every takeaway, even your regulars' Friday order.
01 — Online bookings
Big tables booked, without the phone ringing.
Guests book on your website with live availability, from a table for two to a birthday party of fourteen. Every booking lands in Dinerly with the name, the number of guests and the time, so you know on Tuesday how busy Saturday will be.
- Live availability on your website
- Bookings for big groups and parties
- Phone and walk-in bookings in the same diary
02 — Fewer no-shows
The party of twelve actually turns up.
Every guest gets a text reminder before their booking, with a link to change or cancel. For big groups and busy nights, take a deposit when they book, so an empty long table doesn't cost you the night.
- A text reminder before every booking
- Guests change or cancel in one tap
- Deposits for the bookings you choose
03 — Your dining room
Two sittings on Saturday, no double-booked tables.
Set your tables, your sittings and how long each table is held, so the 7pm and 9pm sittings never clash. See who's sitting where and seat walk-ins in a couple of taps.
- Sittings and table times set by you
- Every table on one screen
- Walk-ins seated in seconds
04 — Takeaway and delivery
Takeaway from your own site, not the apps.
Your full menu on your own website, with spice levels, rice, naan and sides as options. Customers choose collection or delivery, ASAP or a set time, and nobody takes a percentage. For delivery, use your own drivers, our couriers or both. Couriers are available in the UK.
- Spice levels, sides and extras as options
- No commission on takeaway orders
- Your own drivers, our couriers or both
05 — The till
Every order, spice level and all.
Table, takeaway and phone orders on one till, with every dish, spice level and swap printed clearly in the kitchen. Split the bill however a big table wants and take payment at the table.
- Spice levels and swaps on the kitchen ticket
- Split bills and pay at the table
- Tables, takeaway and phone orders together
06 — Reviews
More five-star reviews, fewer bad ones.
After their visit or their takeaway, every guest is asked how it was. Happy guests are sent to Google to leave a review, and unhappy ones tell you privately, so you can put it right before it goes public.
- Asked after every visit and order
- Happy guests sent to Google
- Complaints come to you first
07 — Hands-off marketing
Diwali, Christmas, birthdays, all sent for you.
We set up your campaigns for you: Diwali, Christmas parties, Valentine's, birthdays and quiet midweek curry nights. The emails and texts go out on their own, to guests who've eaten with you. You don't write, design or press send.
- Set up by us from day one
- Sent automatically, all year round
- Nothing for you to do
08 — Gift cards
Sell gift cards all year round.
A curry night out makes an easy present. Guests buy gift cards on your website, they're paid upfront, and the person who gets one is often someone who's never eaten with you.
- Sold on your website, day and night
- Paid for upfront
- Spent at the till, balance tracked for you

Questions
Indian restaurant questions, answered.
Can big groups book online?
Yes. Guests book on your website with live availability, and you can take a deposit for the bookings you choose, such as large parties.
Can I run two sittings on a Saturday?
Yes. You set your sittings, your tables and how long each table is held, so one sitting never runs into the next.
Can customers choose spice levels when they order online?
Yes. Spice levels, swaps, rice, naan and sides are set up as options on your menu, and they're printed on the kitchen ticket.
Can I do takeaway and delivery as well as tables?
Yes. Takeaway orders come through your own website with no commission. For delivery, use your own drivers, our couriers or both. Couriers are available in the UK.
Can the till split the bill for a big table?
Yes. Split the bill however the table wants and take payment at the table. Every order is printed in the kitchen.
Do I have to set up the marketing myself?
No. We set up your campaigns for you, and the emails and texts go out automatically all year round. You don't have to write or send anything.
How does setting up work?
Send us your menu and your logo and we do the rest: we build your website, set up your bookings, ordering and till, and send your kit ready to go.
What if I need help?
Every plan comes with expert support by WhatsApp, phone, SMS and email.
What Our Customers Say
Getting started
Let us do everything for you.
Step 1 of 3
We only take on 10 new restaurants a month.
We set up every restaurant ourselves, so we can only take on a few at a time. If you're interested, have a chat with us to see if we can help you.
Questions owners ask us.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Dinerly. And if you'd rather not, ring us and we'll do it.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We'll look at it first and tell you honestly what's worth keeping. Then you decide.
Do I need to buy a tablet or printer?
The kit comes from us. Every restaurant gets a Dinerly kitchen printer, and Ultra includes a tablet too. It's covered by a one-off setup fee, which is free if you pay annually.
How much does it cost?
A simple monthly fee, with no commission on top. You can see every plan on our pricing page. See pricing
