For Indian takeaways
Your curry nights, without the commission.
Your full menu on your own ordering site, with set meals, spice levels and every side priced properly. Orders print in the kitchen, a courier is booked when the food's ready, and no delivery app takes a cut.
Sound familiar?
Friday night, and the phone won't stop.
The apps take a cut of every order, even your regulars' usual.
A garlic naan, two pilau rice and "make it hot" get misheard on the phone.
Your regulars order every Friday, and the app won't give you their number.
01 — No commission
Keep the money from every curry.
Orders come through your own website, so nobody takes a percentage. A £100 order is £100 in your pocket, not £70.
- No percentage taken from your orders
- Card payments straight to you
- Cash on collection or delivery if you want it
02 — Your menu online
Set meals, sides and spice levels, all priced properly.
Your whole menu on your own website: set meals and meal deals, mild to extra hot, and every rice, naan and side priced the way you set it. Customers build their order themselves, so nothing gets misheard.
- Set meals and meal deals
- Spice levels and swaps as options
- Rice, naan and sides priced automatically
03 — A quieter phone
Fewer phone orders, fewer mistakes.
Regulars who used to ring every Friday order on your website instead, choosing ASAP or a collection time that suits them. No more orders written on a pad in the middle of the rush.
- Collection or delivery, ASAP or a set time
- Card online, or cash on collection or delivery
- No more orders written on a pad
04 — Delivery drivers
Delivery, without hiring drivers.
Use your own drivers, our couriers or both. For each delivery, we compare courier companies and book the best price, timed for when the food is ready. Your customer gets a text and follows the driver on a map. Couriers are available in the UK.
- Several courier companies, best price booked
- Live tracking for your customer
- Your own drivers too, if you have them
05 — Straight to the kitchen
Every spice level on the ticket.
Website orders print in the kitchen the moment they're paid, with every dish, spice level and side written clearly. They land on the till next to your counter and phone orders, so nothing is typed in twice.
- Printed in the kitchen automatically
- Spice levels and extras on the ticket
- Website, counter and phone orders together
06 — Busy nights
Too busy? Pause in one tap.
When the kitchen's flat out, pause online orders for as long as you need and switch them back on when you're ready. Run out of lamb or peshwari naan? Mark it as sold out in seconds.
- Pause online orders in one tap
- Mark items as sold out
- Back on whenever you're ready
07 — Loyalty
Regulars rewarded, automatically.
Every order adds a stamp to your customer's loyalty card on their phone. When it's full, they get the reward you choose, like a free main or a free side, so your regulars come back to you, not the app.
- Stamps added on every order
- A loyalty card on their phone
- You choose the reward
08 — Hands-off offers
Offers that go out while you cook.
We set up your Friday curry-night texts, birthday treats and "we haven't seen you in a while" messages, and they go out on their own to your own customers. You don't write, design or press send.
- Set up by us from day one
- Sent automatically, all year round
- Nothing for you to do
09 — Reviews
More five-star reviews, fewer bad ones.
After every order, customers are asked how it was. Happy ones go to Google to leave a review, and unhappy ones tell you privately, so you can put it right.
- Asked after every order
- Happy customers sent to Google
- Complaints come to you first

Questions
Indian takeaway questions, answered.
Do I have to leave the delivery apps?
No. Plenty of takeaways keep the apps for new customers and move their regulars to their own website. Every order that comes through your website instead saves you the commission.
Can customers choose spice levels and sides?
Yes. Spice levels, swaps, rice, naan and sides are options on your menu, each priced the way you set, and they're printed on the kitchen ticket.
Can I sell set meals and meal deals?
Yes. Set meals and meal deals go on your menu just like on your printed one, with the choices customers make inside them.
Do I need my own drivers?
No. Use your own drivers, our couriers, or both. Couriers are booked for you at the best price on each order, and are available in the UK.
Can I pause orders when it's busy?
Yes. Pause online orders in one tap for as long as you need, and switch them back on when the kitchen's ready.
Can customers pay cash?
Yes. Customers can pay by card online, or cash on collection or delivery if you want to allow it.
How do I get my customers ordering from my own site?
Put your link on your bags, menus, Google listing and Instagram. Loyalty stamps and your automatic offers give them a reason to keep coming back to you.
What if I need help?
Every plan comes with expert support by WhatsApp, phone, SMS and email.
What Our Customers Say
Getting started
Let us do everything for you.
Step 1 of 3
We only take on 10 new restaurants a month.
We set up every restaurant ourselves, so we can only take on a few at a time. If you're interested, have a chat with us to see if we can help you.
Questions owners ask us.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Dinerly. And if you'd rather not, ring us and we'll do it.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We'll look at it first and tell you honestly what's worth keeping. Then you decide.
Do I need to buy a tablet or printer?
The kit comes from us. Every restaurant gets a Dinerly kitchen printer, and Ultra includes a tablet too. It's covered by a one-off setup fee, which is free if you pay annually.
How much does it cost?
A simple monthly fee, with no commission on top. You can see every plan on our pricing page. See pricing
