For Italian takeaways
Pasta night at home, without the commission.
Your own ordering site with every pasta, sauce and portion priced properly, orders printed straight in the kitchen, and a driver booked when the food's ready. No delivery app taking a cut, and every customer is yours.
Sound familiar?
Friday is pasta night, and the apps take their cut.
A family orders three pastas, a garlic bread and a tiramisu, and the app takes a slice of all of it.
Penne instead of spaghetti, no chilli, extra parmesan: something always gets lost on the phone.
Everyone wants their dinner at 7pm, and the kitchen can't cook it all at once.
01 — No commission
Keep the money from every family order.
Orders come through your own website, so nobody takes a percentage. A £100 order is £100 in your pocket, not £70.
- No percentage taken from your orders
- Card payments straight to you
- Cash on collection or delivery if you want it
02 — Every option
Every pasta, sauce and portion, priced properly.
Customers choose the pasta, the sauce, the portion and the extras on your own website, each priced the way you set them. Gluten-free pasta, extra parmesan, no chilli: it's all written on the order, so nothing gets misheard.
- Pasta, sauces, portions and extras
- Every extra priced automatically
- No more misheard phone orders
03 — Collection times
Ready when they arrive, not all at 7pm.
Customers choose ASAP or a collection time that suits them, so orders spread across the evening instead of all landing at once. When it's flat out, pause online orders in one tap, and mark anything that's run out as sold out.
- ASAP or a time the customer chooses
- Pause online orders in one tap
- Mark items as sold out in seconds
04 — Straight to the kitchen
Every sauce on the ticket.
Website orders print in the kitchen the moment they're paid, with every pasta, sauce and extra written clearly. They land on the till next to your counter and phone orders.
- Printed in the kitchen automatically
- Every sauce and extra on the ticket
- Website, counter and phone orders together
05 — Delivery drivers
Delivery, without hiring drivers.
Use your own drivers, our couriers or both. For each delivery, we compare courier companies and book the best price, timed for when the food is ready, so the pasta arrives hot. Your customer follows the driver on a map. Couriers are available in the UK.
- Several courier companies, best price booked
- Live tracking for your customer
- Your own drivers too, if you have them
06 — Family offers
Family pasta night, sent out for you.
We set up your offers for you: a family meal deal on a Friday, a treat on their birthday and a "we haven't seen you in a while" text. They go out on their own to your own customers. You don't write, design or press send.
- Set up by us from day one
- Sent automatically, all year round
- Nothing for you to do
07 — Loyalty
Regulars rewarded, automatically.
Every order adds a stamp to your customer's loyalty card on their phone. When it's full, they get the reward you choose, like a free tiramisu, so your regulars come back to you, not the app.
- Stamps added on every order
- A loyalty card on their phone
- You choose the reward
08 — Reviews
More five-star reviews, fewer bad ones.
After every order, customers are asked how it was. Happy ones go to Google to leave a review, and unhappy ones tell you privately, so you can put it right.
- Asked after every order
- Happy customers sent to Google
- Complaints come to you first

Questions
Italian takeaway questions, answered.
Do I have to leave the delivery apps?
No. Plenty of takeaways keep the apps for new customers and move their regulars to their own website. Every order that comes through your website instead saves you the commission.
Can customers choose their pasta, sauce and portion?
Yes. You set the options and their prices, such as the pasta, sauce, portion size and extras, and customers choose them on your website. Everything prints on the kitchen ticket.
Can customers choose a collection time?
Yes. Customers choose ASAP or a time that suits them, for collection or delivery.
Can I pause orders when it's busy?
Yes. Pause online orders in one tap for as long as you need, and mark any dish as sold out when it runs out.
Do I need my own drivers?
No. Use your own drivers, our couriers, or both. Couriers are booked for you at the best price on each order, and are available in the UK.
Can customers pay cash?
Yes. Customers can pay by card online, or cash on collection or delivery if you want to allow it.
Do I have to write the offers myself?
No. We set up your offers and messages for you, and they go out automatically all year round. You don't have to write or send anything.
What if I need help?
Every plan comes with expert support by WhatsApp, phone, SMS and email.
What Our Customers Say
Getting started
Let us do everything for you.
Step 1 of 3
We only take on 10 new restaurants a month.
We set up every restaurant ourselves, so we can only take on a few at a time. If you're interested, have a chat with us to see if we can help you.
Questions owners ask us.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Dinerly. And if you'd rather not, ring us and we'll do it.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We'll look at it first and tell you honestly what's worth keeping. Then you decide.
Do I need to buy a tablet or printer?
The kit comes from us. Every restaurant gets a Dinerly kitchen printer, and Ultra includes a tablet too. It's covered by a one-off setup fee, which is free if you pay annually.
How much does it cost?
A simple monthly fee, with no commission on top. You can see every plan on our pricing page. See pricing
