For sushi and Japanese restaurants
More sushi orders, none of the commission.
Your own ordering website with every roll, set and platter priced properly, orders printed at the sushi counter, a driver who turns up as the bag is packed, and a dining room that books itself. No delivery app taking a cut.
Sound familiar?
Sushi takes time, and the apps take a cut.
The driver turns up while the rolls are still being made, or the order sits on the counter waiting for one.
The salmon runs out at 8, and orders for it keep coming in.
Your regulars order the same platter every week, through an app that takes a share of it.
01 — Your own ordering site
Your whole menu, ordered online.
Customers order from your own website: single pieces, rolls, sets and platters, with options like no wasabi, extra ginger or brown rice, each priced the way you set them. No misheard orders and no forgotten extras.
- Pieces, rolls, sets and platters
- Options and extras priced automatically
- Orders straight from your own website
02 — No commission
Keep the money from every platter.
Orders come through your own website, so nobody takes a percentage. An £80 order is £80 for you, not whatever's left after the app's cut.
- No percentage taken from your orders
- Card payments straight to you
- Cash on collection or delivery if you want it
03 — Fish of the day
Run out of salmon? Sold out in one tap.
When something runs out, mark it sold out and it comes off your website straight away. Customers choose ASAP or a collection time, and when the counter is flat out, you pause online orders in one tap.
- Mark items as sold out in seconds
- Pause online orders in one tap
- Collection times customers choose
04 — Straight to the counter
Every order printed at the sushi counter.
Website orders print the moment they're paid, with every piece, option and note written clearly. They land on the till next to your table and phone orders, so nothing is made twice or forgotten.
- Printed at the counter automatically
- Every option and note on the ticket
- Website, table and phone orders together
05 — Delivery drivers
A driver who arrives as the bag is packed.
Use your own drivers, our couriers or both. For each delivery, we compare courier companies and book the best price, timed for when the order is ready, so neither the driver nor the sushi is left waiting. Your customer follows the driver on a map. Couriers are available in the UK.
- Several courier companies, best price booked
- Timed for when the order is ready
- Your own drivers too, if you have them
06 — Bookings
The dining room books itself.
Guests book a table on your website at any time, with live availability, and get a text reminder before they come. Set your tables, sittings and how long each table is held, so the counter seats and the tables turn over the way you planned.
- Online bookings, day and night
- A text reminder before every booking
- Sittings and table times set by you
07 — Loyalty
Regulars rewarded, automatically.
Every order adds a stamp to your customer's loyalty card on their phone. When it's full, they get the reward you choose, like a free set of rolls, so they order from you and not the app.
- Stamps added on every order
- A loyalty card on their phone
- You choose the reward
08 — Hands-off offers
Texts that bring your regulars back.
We set up your midweek offers, birthday treats and "we haven't seen you in a while" texts, and they go out on their own to your own customers. You don't write, design or press send.
- Set up by us from day one
- Sent automatically, all year round
- Nothing for you to do
09 — Reviews
More five-star reviews, fewer bad ones.
After every order and every visit, customers are asked how it was. Happy ones go to Google to leave a review, and unhappy ones tell you privately, so you can put it right.
- Asked after every order and visit
- Happy customers sent to Google
- Complaints come to you first

Questions
Sushi restaurant questions, answered.
Can customers order sets and platters as well as single pieces?
Yes. Your menu online works like your menu in the restaurant: pieces, rolls, sets and platters, each priced the way you set them.
Can customers add options like no wasabi or extra ginger?
Yes. You set the options for each dish, free or with a price, and they're printed on the ticket so the counter sees them.
Can I mark something as sold out?
Yes. Mark any item as sold out in seconds and it comes off your website straight away. Switch it back on when you have it again.
Can customers choose a collection time?
Yes. Customers choose ASAP or a time that suits them, for collection or delivery.
Do I need my own drivers?
No. Use your own drivers, our couriers, or both. Couriers are booked for you at the best price on each order, and are available in the UK.
Can guests book a table too?
Yes. Guests book on your website with live availability, get a text reminder before they come, and the booking lands in the same system as your orders.
Do I have to leave the delivery apps?
No. Plenty of restaurants keep the apps for new customers and move their regulars to their own website. Every order that comes through your website instead saves you the commission.
What if I need help?
Every plan comes with expert support by WhatsApp, phone, SMS and email.
What Our Customers Say
Getting started
Let us do everything for you.
Step 1 of 3
We only take on 10 new restaurants a month.
We set up every restaurant ourselves, so we can only take on a few at a time. If you're interested, have a chat with us to see if we can help you.
Questions owners ask us.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Dinerly. And if you'd rather not, ring us and we'll do it.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We'll look at it first and tell you honestly what's worth keeping. Then you decide.
Do I need to buy a tablet or printer?
The kit comes from us. Every restaurant gets a Dinerly kitchen printer, and Ultra includes a tablet too. It's covered by a one-off setup fee, which is free if you pay annually.
How much does it cost?
A simple monthly fee, with no commission on top. You can see every plan on our pricing page. See pricing
