For kebab shops
Late-night kebabs, none of the commission.
Your own ordering site with every doner, shish and wrap built the way the customer wants it: salad, sauces, chilli and extras, all on the ticket. Orders print in the kitchen, a courier is booked when the food's ready, and no delivery app takes a cut.
Sound familiar?
Midnight on a Friday, and the phone won't stop.
Garlic sauce, chilli sauce, no onion: it all gets misheard on the phone when it's loud.
The apps take their cut of every order, right through the late-night rush.
Your regulars order every weekend, and you don't have a single one of their numbers.
01 — No commission
Keep the money from every kebab.
Orders come through your own website, so nobody takes a percentage. A £100 order is £100 in your pocket, not £70.
- No percentage taken from your orders
- Card payments straight to you
- Cash on collection or delivery if you want it
02 — Your ordering site
Doner, shish or wrap, just the way they like it.
Customers choose the meat, pitta or wrap, salad, sauces and how hot they want it, then add chips, drinks and extras, each priced the way you set them. Meal deals too. They order for collection or delivery, ASAP or for a set time, and pay online.
- Meat, bread, salad, sauces and chilli
- Extras and meal deals priced automatically
- Collection or delivery, ASAP or a set time
03 — Delivery drivers
Delivery, without hiring drivers.
Use your own drivers, our couriers or both. For each delivery, we compare courier companies and book the best price, timed for when the food is wrapped and ready. Your customer gets a text and follows the driver on a map. Couriers are available in the UK.
- Several courier companies, best price booked
- Live tracking for your customer
- Your own drivers too, if you have them
04 — Straight to the kitchen
Every sauce on the ticket.
Website orders print in the kitchen the moment they're paid, with the meat, the bread, every sauce and every "no onion" written clearly. They land on the till next to your counter and phone orders, so nothing gets typed in twice.
- Printed in the kitchen automatically
- Every sauce and extra on the ticket
- Website, counter and phone orders together
05 — The late rush
Flat out at midnight? Pause in one tap.
When the pubs let out and the grill is full, pause online orders for as long as you need and switch them back on when you're ready. Out of lamb shish? Mark it as sold out in seconds, and it's back when you switch it on.
- Pause online orders in one tap
- Mark items as sold out
- Back on whenever you're ready
06 — Loyalty
Regulars rewarded, automatically.
Every order adds a stamp to your customer's loyalty card on their phone. When it's full, they get the reward you choose, like a free doner or a free portion of chips, so they come back to you, not the app.
- Stamps added on every order
- A loyalty card on their phone
- You choose the reward
07 — Hands-off offers
Offers that go out while you're on the grill.
We set up your weekend messages, match-night deals, birthday treats and "we haven't seen you in a while" texts, and they go out on their own to your own customers. You don't write, design or press send.
- Set up by us from day one
- Sent automatically, all year round
- Nothing for you to do
08 — Your customers
Every customer is yours.
Every order saves the customer's name, number and what they usually have to your own list. You know who orders every Friday, and you can reach them whenever you like.
- Name, phone and email saved
- Order history and spend
- A list you own and keep
09 — Reviews
More five-star reviews, fewer bad ones.
After every order, customers are asked how it was. Happy ones go to Google to leave a review, and unhappy ones tell you privately, so you can put it right.
- Asked after every order
- Happy customers sent to Google
- Complaints come to you first

Questions
Questions from kebab shops.
Can customers choose their salad and sauces online?
Yes. You set up the choices the way they are on your menu: meat, bread or wrap, salad, sauces, chilli and extras, each with its own price if you want. Everything they choose is printed on the ticket.
Do I have to leave the delivery apps?
No. Plenty of kebab shops keep the apps for new customers and move their regulars to their own website. Every order that comes through your website instead saves you the commission.
Do I need my own drivers?
No. Use your own drivers, our couriers, or both. Couriers are booked for you at the best price on each order, and are available in the UK.
Can I pause orders when it's busy late at night?
Yes. Pause online orders in one tap for as long as you need, and switch them back on when the grill's ready.
Can customers pay cash?
Yes. Customers can pay by card online, or cash on collection or delivery if you want to allow it.
Can customers choose a collection time?
Yes. Customers choose ASAP or a time that suits them, for collection or delivery.
How do I get my customers ordering from my own site?
Put your link on your bags, menus, Google listing and Instagram. Loyalty stamps and your automatic offers give them a reason to keep coming back to you.
What if I need help?
Every plan comes with expert support by WhatsApp, phone, SMS and email.
What Our Customers Say
Getting started
Let us do everything for you.
Step 1 of 3
We only take on 10 new restaurants a month.
We set up every restaurant ourselves, so we can only take on a few at a time. If you're interested, have a chat with us to see if we can help you.
Questions owners ask us.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Dinerly. And if you'd rather not, ring us and we'll do it.
I already have a website. What happens to it?
We'll look at it first and tell you honestly what's worth keeping. Then you decide.
Do I need to buy a tablet or printer?
The kit comes from us. Every restaurant gets a Dinerly kitchen printer, and Ultra includes a tablet too. It's covered by a one-off setup fee, which is free if you pay annually.
How much does it cost?
A simple monthly fee, with no commission on top. You can see every plan on our pricing page. See pricing
